We have been trying to work out an easier way for you to log support tickets to our Helpdesk system, and thus, have come up with a solution!
All email directed to email@example.com will automatically log a ticket on our Helpdesk platform.

We have now implemented a new helpdesk system to aid us in streamlining our workflow. You are now able to log support tickets via our web site (IT Support) or directly at https://frantikit.assist.com/portal
As part of this sytem we have also integrated a full remote support system to help aid customers remotely. This is also a fully unattended system so we can configure remote access from any place or any device as long as we have an Internet connection.
